This service focuses on creating interactive and fun engagement activities for event attendees. From photo booths to interactive games and social media integrations, we boost guest participation and enjoyment. Designed for all kinds of events, this service helps make your event memorable and highly social. Deliverables include activity ideas, setup guidelines, and digital assets for promotion.
03.Custom Event Branding
Our Custom Event Branding service provides personalized branding elements such as logos, banners, and digital invites that reflect your fun and vibrant event concept. This service ensures consistency across all event materials, making your event easily recognizable. Connect
Start by submitting your inquiry through form with your event details (date, location, guest count, and vision). We then schedule a consultation to understand your style, needs, and overall event goals.

Proposal
We create a personalized event proposal based on your vision, including decor concepts, rental options, table settings, and pricing. This step brings your ideas into a clear, visual plan.

Booking
Once you’re ready, you secure your date with a signed agreement and deposit. From there, we begin detailed planning, vendor coordination, timeline creation, and finalizing all design elements.

Execution
On your event day, URI House handles setup, styling, coordination, and breakdown. We ensure every detail is executed seamlessly so you can enjoy a stress-free and beautifully designed celebration.
Event Policies
Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. For bookings made within 7 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Setup & Breakdown
Setup and breakdown times will be arranged in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the venue. Delays in access or extended breakdown times may result in additional charges.
Venue & Space Requirements
All decor and rental items remain the property of Uri House. Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items during the event. Replacement fees will apply if necessary
Photo & Social Media Release Policy
By booking with Uri House, clients grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, marketing materials, and portfolio displays.
We respect our clients’ privacy and will never share sensitive personal information. If you prefer your event photos not be posted publicly, please notify us in writing before your event date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we may offer a credit toward a future event if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. One reschedule is permitted based on availability and must be used within 90 days.
Rental Responsibility
All decor and rental items remain the property of Uri House. Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items during the event. Replacement fees will apply if necessary
Outdoor Events
For outdoor setups, a backup plan is required. We are not responsible for weather-related damage or interruptions.
