A bespoke event and décor business specializing in bringing dream celebrations to life. After becoming a mother I realized how special all celebrations can be. “Uri” meaning ours in Korean which is truly the heart behind every detail we add to our designs, treating your special day as our own. Everything we do is with intention and detail to personalized to give you an unforgettable event filled with beauty, joy, and intention. Bringing people together and celebrating life.
Policies
At Uri House, we are committed to providing a seamless and professional event experience for every client. Please review our policies below before booking.
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. For bookings made within 7 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we may offer a credit toward a future event if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. One reschedule is permitted based on availability and must be used within 90 days.
Setup & Breakdown
Setup and breakdown times will be arranged in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the venue. Delays in access or extended breakdown times may result in additional charges.
Rental Responsibility
All decor and rental items remain the property of Uri House. Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items during the event. Replacement fees will apply if necessary
Venue & Space Requirements
Clients must confirm all venue rules, permissions, and logistics. Uri House is not responsible for limitations set by the venue that may affect setup or design execution.
Outdoor Events
For outdoor setups, a backup plan is required. We are not responsible for weather-related damage or interruptions.
